When you send us a Baldwin Mortise Lock Body or when you purchase one from us, they typically come with the locking/unlocking buttons towards the bottom. Normally, we modify the bottom hole in the plate so that it does not hit the bottom of the solenoid we install. If having those existing buttons holes bothers you and is not clean enough for your purposes, you can add this plate to your cart, in the finish you require. Lead time for custom finishes can be up to 4 weeks, since they are special order from the Baldwin factory. We normally stock them in US3, Bright Brass. These are original Baldwin factory parts, so the Lifetime Finish is part of this item.
