These switches are made specifically to be attached to the spring cage of an existing or new Marray cylindrical clutch lock or a Cal-Royal CGN series lever lock set. Marray's patented design (which we have licensed to other companies) allows for the REX (Authorization to Exit) swich to be on the spring cage. This allows for the switch to not be subject to manipulation from the outside handle, since there are three layers of lock parts and cams separating the switch from the outside.
Switch is SPDT and is reversible for either left or right hand doors.
Can be used on any Grade 1 electrified cylindrical lock produced either by Marray or Cal-Royal, or any passage, entry function or classroom function lock where REX reporting is required or desired.
